Property has produced several great bucks in the past. Owner stated that with the mild winters the last couple of years the deer population has really taken off. Lots of good bucks available. Pheasants and turkey can also be found. Turkeys are becoming a nuisance because of too many of them. Property consists of rolling hills and over 2600 acres of pasture and woodland timber draws with 400 acres of wheat. Owner asks that all hunters stop to check in when they come to hunt. Owner will have two family members to antelope hunt only. Maximum of 4 hunters allowed on the lease. Price listed is per person. You can lease all 4 spots for just your group to use or lease one spot if just and individual looking to go. Owner is serious about wildlife management and has set harvest limits. Each hunter is allowed 2 antelope, 1 deer (whitetail or mule deer), 1 turkey and 6 pheasants. No hunting in direct area where cattle are pastured. No commercial use of the property allowed. $1 million hunting liability insurance included with lease price.
