Lodge includes 4 bedrooms, living room with woodburning stove, large eat in kitchen, hand pump for water, toilet room, large deck with stone BBQ, gas stove and gas lights. No electricity or running water, but the gas lights and woodburn stove keep you comfortable. Several out buildings available for use as well. No more than 14 hunters allowed on the property and respect for the property and lodge is a must. Owners have put a lot of effort making this a great retreat and only want those who can respect their property. $1 million in hunting liability insurance included with lease price.
