Property Description: ONE AWESOME WHITE COUNTY ILLINOIS PROPERTY!!!This property seems to always hold deer and usually a few good bucks!!! I will be the first one to say that it doesn't look like much, but, I have witnessed the deer on this property. It is pretty amazing.
Three Pope & Young bucks killed on this property in the last three years. It is mostly cropland with 15 acres of timber surrounding a small pond. Approx. 20' wide strip of trees running along the edge of larger woodlot on the west edge of property. Plenty of trees for treestands and/or a ground blind. Deer use this wooded area and the fencerows on this property to travel to other woodlots in the open crop areas. When the river floods, this property is loaded with deer. It is not uncommon to have 50-60 deer in the fields at one time. There may be some waterfowl opportunities on this property as well.
The North side of this property does have a working tobacco drying operation in the field. They will be removing tobacco durring the Fall. The deer are used to this and it does not bother them.
$1Million Hunting Liability Insurance Policy included with lease. Outfitters must show proof of insurance.
