Information: HUNTER'S AND ANGLERS' LEASE! Property is located minutes from Kansas City in a very quite rural area. It has an excellent mix of cover and crops next to the Sunken Woods of Wolf Creek. 8 acre lake was stocked 30 years ago with several species of fish. The north 2/3 of the lake is in the lease, the south 1/3 is not on the property. Several great bass and crappie were caught while we were out there and all were released. You can expect to catch channel cats, big largemouth bass and huge crappie. Master angler fish are caught on a regular basis. Not only is the fishing good, but there is decent hunting for deer, turkey, quail and waterfowl (this is where many of the golf course geese fly over and feed). Owner reports having about 40 turkey in the area that roost in the back corner of property. Owner is very specific on no alcohol, no littering, no boats or four wheelers on the property. You may drive on property to retrieve harvested deer or setting up a duck blind. Bass between 1 1/2 and 3 pounds and crappie between 10 to 14 inches may be harvested. All other bass and crappie are catch and release only. Lease includes $1 million in hunting liability insurance. No commercial use allowed. This lease is for four people.
