Property Description: THIS LEASE IS FOR ALL THE HUNTERS WHO HAVE CALLED WANTING A WEEKLY LEASE!!!! Offering limited weekly leases with spectacular lodging on this 500 acre farm in Northern Lincoln County. You will get seven full days of hunting and the gaurantee that no-one else has hunted the property for at least 7 days prior to your arrival. $3,500 per week/ per group. 5 hunters maximum.

Awesome farm just out of the Mississippi River Bottoms consisting of a huge amount of timber, corn fields, and food plots. We are looking for some serious do-it yourself hunters as this is NOT an outfitted hunt. This lease also includes lodging in the incredible mansion located on this farm. Top shelf accommodations and hunting opportunities. Great place to spend time with family and friends while enjoying the great outdoors!

This farm is being managed for quality deer. There are harvest limits and additional rules in place that must be followed. Rules in place are to assure quality hunting throughout the season. Only one week of gun hunting will be offered and hunters will be limited to shotgun slugs and muzzleloaders only. The other leases will be archery only. We will also offer 2 spring turkey leases. 1st and 3rd week.

Waterfowl hunting in the famous Mississippi Flyway is available at nearby B.K. Leach Conservation area. This 4,314 acre area contains several refuge pools. Daily drawings for hunting blinds are held. B.K. Leach is located a couple miles from this tract.

Five bedrooms will be available for use. Full kitchen and laundry facilities, satellite T.V.. Lots of local attractions including antiques, winery, microbrewery & bistro located nearby. Several historic towns located along "The Great River Road". Only about 45 minutes from the St. Louis Metro area.

$2 million dollars of hunting liability insurance is included in the lease price. A.T.V.'s approved with limitations.
