Property also has 3 small spring fed ponds for water sources. Property is located in the Loess Hills and has some very good terrain for deer and turkeys. Several of the timbered valleys are bordered by hundreds of acres of more heavy timber. Coyote hunting is also allowed on this lease. Lease will be deer season and spring turkey season. The grass will be grazed. Landowner has a 20 by 23 ft cabin for use on daily rate to be negotiated with landowner. No driving of ATV's or trucks except for stand placements and game removal. $1 million in hunting liability insurance included in lease price.
