Information: Great Pheasant Hunting and Fishing Lease! This large tract of ground offers pheasant hunting and fishing (no big game, owner reserves the right for that). Property is mixed with crop acres, CRP, trees and pasture. There are 7 food plots on the property made up of corn and milo. There are also 5 (1-2 acres) stocked bass ponds. Owner also has prairie dogs and prairie chickens that he may allow some very limited hunting for (this would not be included in the lease, but could be worked out with the owner). Property mainly is rolling hills, lots of brush patches and food plots. Owner says they winter several hundred birds in their tree groves. For best success owner states it best to hunt a week and give a couple weeks off so birds are easier to hunt and not act as wild.
