Take a look at the terrain on this tract. Very good deer and turkey cover as it funnels out of a huge tract of timber into corn/beans crop ground. As you can see by the pictures, there is a very good pinch point crossing the seasonal creek. Incredible deer sign all though the cover and in the fields. Turkeys were crossing the road to the property from the creek bottom where they roost when I was there.
