Can access lake with boat by taking specific route provided with lease. The lake is surrounded by crop fields and grass strips making it ideal for waterfowl hunting. Owner reports seeing the fields full of geese with other big lakes close by to keep them coming. Lots of wooded draws and strips of cover to ambush deer and turkey.

Walked property and observed tons of deer sign including the rubs pictured below. I saw lots of deer and a big covey of quail. Lots of goose droppings and feathers on ice covered 20 acre lake.
