Information: DEER AND TURKEY LEASE IN THE HEART OF NORTHEAST MISSOURI. This lease consists of two tracts of land totaling 470 acres!

Tract #1 (240 acres) is productive farm ground with strips of timber and C.R.P. grasses. The owner reports that the deer and turkey are plentiful on the South and West sides of the farm. There is also a nice 1 acre stocked pond for fishing on this tract. Owner states a.t.v.'s o.k. but must tread lightly! An old farmhouse is available for lodging for a small additional fee. Camper spot and water are also available(call for details). Owner is planting food plots spring 2008. I saw lots of deer and deer sign when walking South side of tract #1. Several good stand sites on property. Tract #1 adjoins good size chunks of timber and has several draws with cover joining property. Well placed food plots will provide for great hunting as the deer transition from timber to crop fields and back.

Tract #2 (230 acres) is also active farm ground with fencerows and a small amount of timber on west side of property. Native Warm Season Grasses will be planted per C.R.P. contract during spring of 2008 along portion of west side of tract. This should provide additional bedding and travel corridors for deer using the property. There is a pond for a water source on this tract. Owner says don't be fooled by sparse looking cover on maps, deer are thick!!!

$ 1 million of hunting liability insurance included in lease price. Outfitters/ Guides must provide their own proof of insurance.
