Property Description: Great waterfowl lease right along a principle route of the Mississippi flyway. This 80 acre tract in Renville county is in the Wetland Restoration Program. It has been planted with 16 varieties of wetland grasses and has two large sloughs and other marsh lands. It is bordered by a crop field to the east and another 80 acre open tract to the west. Although, primarily a great waterfowl property, I noticed a nice dear trail pictured below, and is known to have upland birds in the dry sections. There are also several DNR Wildlife Management Areas in the vicinity if you want to move around! Hotels, camping and supplies in nearby Hutchinson or Redwood Falls. The owner is very proud of the habitat he has created, so as a result he has asked to "Leave the area as good as it was found". There is to be no camping, ATV use, burning or permanent structures made. Parking area is accessible off County Rd 11. $1 Million in hunting liability insurance included with lease price.
