Located in Southeast South Dakota, the West fork of the Vermillion River runs through this property consisting of 100 acres rugged pasture to the east that the deer travel to get to some of the 20 total acres of timber on this property. Also has CRP cover to the West of the ravine. A very helpful owner reports several quality deer that have been spotted on the property and he will even put out round bales as blinds for you in strategic spots around the property. He also has food plots around the timber & CRP to serve as a food source in that area. The East part is crop ground with low areas and a timber area. This lease is for Deer hunting only. Turkeys are not currently present in this area. Although the property has not been hunted in recent years, the owner would like to retain hunting rights on a very limited basis. The area is limited to a maximum of 6 hunters. This is an annually renewable lease. No subleasing allowed. No commercial hunting. $1 million hunting liability insurance included with lease price.
