Property Description: NORTHEAST MISSOURI + CRP FIELDS + TIMBER = BIG DEER AND LOTS OF TURKEYS!!!!

Big deer have been taken on this tract! Lots of bedding cover, super funnels, and potential stand locations. I observed tons of deer sign and jumped several deer while scouting this farm. Landowner intends to install wheat and turnip food plots on the property for the fall 2009 hunting season.(weather and schedule permitting) Lots of crops on the adjoining farms. The timber areas contain numerous mast producing oaks and a nice creek runs the length of the property south of the CRP fields. The creek will provide for a constant water source and a good hunter access route to any stand locations inside the timber. There is also a maintained access road that leads from the county road to the CRP fields.

Landowner will allow catch and release fishing on a 6.5 acre lake that is located on an adjoining tract. The lake has been stocked with bass, bluegill, and huge catfish.

This is a deer and turkey hunting lease, no other game may be taken. 4 hunters maximum allowed and no more than 2 hunters may hunt the timber area south of the CRP fields at the same time. A.T.V.'s O.K. only to remove harvested deer. $1 million dollars of hunting liability insurance is included in lease price. No commercial use of property allowed.
