Big whitetail bucks cruise the back of this property. They use the timber along the slough as a travel corridor when searching for does. One trip to the property is all it takes to see the numerous tracks (Big Tracks)along the field edge near the trees. This is the only cover connecting other timber in the area. There is a small section of timber maybe 5 acres or so on the southeast section of the property. This may be a secluded big-buck haven. It may require a small boat to get across, but once over there, it looks like a great pinch-point to me.
As for the waterfowl, this property boarders a very large slough which typically holds water and will have ducks using it throughout the year. Anything from woodies, teal, mallards, pintail and many more...
The field also has low spots that will flood and hold birds as well. This can be outstanding if the field is corn and the water comes at the right time.
