Property Description: SECLUDED HUNTING CAMP! 7,000 foot long right of way off main road with gated access leads to a remote and very private camp. This site is accessible by 4WD vehicles only.

Neversink River State land borders 2 sides (no motorized vehicles on these lands) which receives minor hunting pressure as the state lands are large and access is a long distance away. As such our property is very well posted to make sure everyone knows the boundary. There are two large hunting clubs that border the other two sides. Good QDMA practices on these tracts help keep good quality deer hunting.

Cabin has upstairs with bunk beds working wood stove, fridge and shed to store 4 wheelers. Previous tenants brought in their own water for use. A generator (not provided) is needed to provide electricity to the cabin and there is a small enclosed building to house and lock up the generator. A small deposit will be needed for the camp usage.

There is a forest management plan for a scheduled timber sale this winter. This will try and be done around hunting seasons as much as possible as to limit the effect this will have on hunting. This will create areas for future food plots.
