Property Description: RICHARDSON COUNTY NEBRASKA LEASE. This is one of the best hunting counties in the State for Deer and Turkey. This tract has grass water ways for upland birds. Owner reports both pheasants and Quail along with some waterfowl hunting in the fall and spring. There are also a good number of doves for getting some of the bugs out of your swing shot to get ready for the season. The crops consist of a corn and soybean rotation for food sources. The creeks & trees provide the water source and cover. There are plenty pinch points and options for tree stand locations where the trees and creeks intercept. Property has a rustic cabin that sleeps up to 4 or 5 and has a wood burning stove. No electrical or water. There is a swing bridge you may use to access the cabin from the across the creek. The lane to the cabin runs along and through the CRP Acres from the south road. They CRP acres consist of approx. 70 acres. A 2 to 3 acre pond with bass, cat and sunfish is northwest up the creek from the cabin and just straight east of the farm yard.
