Information: DEER AND WATERFOWL LEASE IN SE MINNESOTA. There are three seperate tracts in this lease that is mostly crop ground, but does have some interesting habitat. The North piece has 14.3 acres of farmable wetlands CRP that would be a great goose setup and may hold deer. There is also a small block of timber for deer hunting. Also, pheasants to be hunted in these areas.

The southern tracts are both 80 acres with tree lines bordering the crop fields.

Up to 6 hunters maximum allowed. ATV use is limited to hunting activites only. Sportsmen must not hinder farming activity or damage crops.

Land is very close to Spring Valley for services. $1 million in hunting liability coverage included in lease price. Outfitters / guides must provide their own additional insurance.
