Hunting
Acres:
196 acres
Location:
Saline County, IL
Closest City:
Harrisburg
Lease Period Date:
12 Months From End Of Auction or June 1st.
Information:
If Ground Blinds are for you, this may be the lease you were looking for. This property will be outstanding for the gun hunter that wants to reach out and touch 'em in a crop field.
Don't let the lack of timber keep you from looking at this lease. Take a look at what is around this property. Big thickets and hardwoods butt up to these crop fields. These fields get hammered by the whitetails. The deer are pouring out of the timber to feed in theses fields at night. A couple of good ground blind locations on the edge of these fields are all it will take to intercept a big whitetail feeding in these fields. I could see a set in the NE corner and 2-3 sets in the SE corner.
With the Saline River close by, there could be a potential for some good dry field waterfowl hunting.
Harrisburg, IL is close by with everything you will need. Restaurants, hotels/motels, Wal-mart. & outdoor pro-shop.
$1MM Hunting Liability Insurance Policy is included with this lease. Outfitters must provide proof of insurance.
