Property Description: !!! NORTHERN NEBRASKA ON THE NIOBRARA RIVER !!! GREAT HUNTING PROPERTY. Fall rifle deer and turkey lease. Awesome "NEW" Hunting Cabin to stay in the entire time you are there. The cabin is very new and smack dab in the middle of the property for excellent location to start out on foot or ATV. This tract has been known for very mature deer. This lease is for the Rifle Deer Season Only, November 13 through the 23rd, with addition to fall turkey's during that same time. If you would want to stay longer for hunting turkey's that can be negotiated. Four wheel drives are recommended to access the property as the roads and lanes are not all gravel roads once on the property. There is a 168 Acre hunting preserve on the west border that can be hunted if so desired. The property has approx. 1 full mile of river front that will be accessible. There are 2 deer stands on the property for anyone to use and you can bring as many as you need to use for yourselves. Limit of 4 bucks taken with 4 hunters max. The cabins amenities include a complete modern kitchen, stove-oven-microwave-refrig-central heat/air-2 bedrooms beds-washer/dryer-living room with a great view. You are to provide your own food and do your own cooking. Bathing supplies are not included. NO SMOKING in the cabin. This is not a guided hunt, you will be on your own to hunt as you wish. The owner will give advise as to what he knows about the game and some of there travel patterns, but it is up to you. Try this once and you will want to come back year after year. ATV's allowed for hunting purposes only. No guides/outfitters allowed. 2 million in recreational hunting liability insurance.
