There is currently pipeline construction traffic on this tract. The construction is in the final stages and is expected to be completed prior to the bulk of the 2009 deer seasons. The construction could affect the hunting on a small percentage of the farm. The lease price for 2009 has been discounted due to the pipeline construction. Traffic is confined to a specific area with the rest of the property strictly off limits to construction traffic. (call for further details).

A camper spot with electric service is available. Electric service will be the responsibilty of lessee. No commercial use allowed. A.T.V's approved for hunting related tasks only. No trail riding permitted. Special care should be taken to stay out of crops. All legal game may be taken. $1 million dollars of hunting liability insurance is included in lease price.
