Property has thick bedding areas, permanent streams with beaver ponds, several small ponds, hardwood creek bottoms, oak trees for hard mast, producing crabapple trees, mixed mature timber, pastures and hay fields. It is located near the Conecuh River with large areas of river bottomlands.
This lease begins on 07/01/10 to give you plenty of time to scout, set up game cameras, and plant green plots (if desired). ****You will never meet a nicer person than the landowner and he wants you to enjoy hunting deer on his property. This is a deer lease only and the season will end on 01/31/2011. This lease ends on 02/15/11 to give you time to remove your stands.****
Landowner has a few draft horses and a few head of cattle (about 5) that graze on part of this property. Respect and care with the livestock is required....Leave gates as found....Respect for property boundaries is required....Hunters are asked to use quality deer management....Maximum number of hunters on lease, two(2), and their guest(s)....Use of 4-wheelers and utility vehicles for hunting purposes only....No alcoholic beverages....Annual harvest reports are required and will be sent to the sportsmen after deer season.
