This NW Missouri exclusive lease includes three family farms located along the Grand River around Trenton in Gentry & Davies Counties. All farms are within 15 minutes of each other. The largest (189 acres - 2 miles west and 1 mile north of Jameson) is a 160 acre corn field completely surrounded by the old timbered oxbow river channel of the Grand River. The Grand River itself borders the property to the west. The second-largest is 142.5 acres (2 miles west of Pattonsburg) that includes 111 acres of soybeans in three small fields, divided and surrounded by an oxbow lake connected to the Grand River (31 acres of timber and water).
